We investigate the impact of non-vanishing net-charge in collision systems on measurements balance functions and their integrals. show that nominal function definition yields integrals deviate from unity because net-charge. However, integral unified is shown to appropriately converge when measured a sufficiently wide experimental acceptance. furthermore explore rate convergence study distortions imparted shape are carried out limited transverse momentum ($p_{\rm T}$) rapidity ($y$) acceptances, such as those featured by experiments at Large Hadron Collider or Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider. may be strongly biased reductions acceptances existing experiments.
